At Rock Luggage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
